Welcome! I'm Penny Cain, founder of Cain's Holistic Apothecary. With over 30 years of education and hands-on experience in herbalism, aromatherapy, flower essences, and holistic wellness, I have a deep appreciation for the wisdom found in nature.

At Cain's Holistic Apothecary, I thoughtfully handcraft small-batch herbal preparations using carefully selected natural ingredients. My creations include tinctures, glycerites, herbal-infused honey, custom tea blends, botanical skincare, salves, balms, and traditional herbal preparations.

My passion is sharing time-honored herbal wisdom, encouraging everyday well-being, and honoring God's beautiful creation through the work of my hands. I believe in a thoughtful, balanced approach to wellness that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.
